WESTCHESTER COUNTY ELECTRICAL LICENSING BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS

Adopted 1-8-1998 with Revisions Amendments and Additions up to 4-9-2002, 12-14-2004, 6-12-2007, 11-14-2012, 11-13-2013, 3-11-2014, 10-13-2015, 11-10-2015, 01-17-2017

This rule shall be applicable to all electricians that are seeking to renew or shelve their license for 2015 and every year after. All electricians whether shelved or current will be required to take 4 hours of continuing education every year. All continuing education providers must be approved by the Electrical Licensing Board. No license or shelved license will be renewed without supplying the County with proof of taking the continuing education classes. If the Continuing Education requirements are not completed the license will not be renewed and the licensee will be subject to any penalties under the laws, rules and regulations.
